The Path That Brought Me Here
Following a 30 year career in teaching, I set up my own business, Pathfinder Holistic Healing, in 2017, after qualifying in spiritual counselling, Soul Plan Reading and other healing therapies at the Holistic Healing College in London.
Training as a Celebrant and then an End of Life Doula/Soul Midwife with the UK Society of Celebrants felt like a natural progression and extension of my holistic business and I found many parallels between the two businesses that, for several years, I ran alongside each other.
In 2025, after 2 years of very deep and insightful training with the One Spirit Interfaith Foundation, I was ordained as an Interfaith Minister and I brought my celebrant, spiritual accompaniment and healing services together under my new business name Held by Claire.
I live in the beautiful village of Withnell, near Chorley, with my dog, Scooby. Alongside my ministry and spiritual practice, I enjoy walking, reading, singing, cricket and spending time with my son and grandson.
Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing there is a field. I'll meet you there...
